- Exchange/refund is allowed within 7 days of purchase
- If a product has been purchased online then it cannot be returned in-store. Therefore, an online purchase can only be returned by raising a ticket with email@example.com or via WhatsApp.
- For online refunds, please make sure you’ve your order confirmation email and order reference number.
- For store refunds, please make sure you present the original sales receipt at the time of exchange/return.
- Please note that we only accept returns if the product packaging has not been opened or the product is not used.
- We do not accept returns for makeup boxes unless you’ve received a damaged item.
- Please note that all sales and promotional items cannot be refunded or exchanged online.
- Items such as lipsticks, foundation, eyeliner, mascara, nail polishes, body mists, EDPs, EDTs, primers, eye shadows, and other cosmetics cannot be returned unless the customer has received a wrong product or the item has not been used/opened.
- Please note that all refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
